I'm a Comcast subscriber and they are deserving of some grief. They hire clerks for their customer service positions that can hardly speak english, and they treat people like 5 year olds when some folks know much more than they do.
The problem with this is that polls of this nature seem to bring out only those with an ae to grind. and all you hear are the gripes and none of the good things. Comcast has some real good people working for it and they really don't deserve this bad rap.
